We specialise in the design, provision, installation, test, commission and maintenance of specialist security and care systems. We are a small but effective company with low overheads and high skills and quality. We are based in Kent, with easy access to Essex, London and Surrey. All of our engineers are fully trained by the main manufacturers on a continuous basis, and our trainees are likewise still learning.

Recent CCTV, Door Entry & Alarm Systems projects:

During the past year we have installed a complete security package including CCTV, Fire, intruder and access in a number of new buildings as part of a roll out programme of expansion for a very large national retail outlet.

We have also completed packages in high end refurbished new commercial and residential buildings in the centre of London with the packages including the full range of physical and electronic security. From Fire systems to CCTV Access Control Door Entry and Intruder.

CCTV, Door Entry & Alarm Systems Maintenance:

We have a number of clients, where we look after all their security work and have ongoing projects including maintenance of all their properties.

This can be done on a time and attendance basis with a small fee showing intent, payable yearly or on a fee per year based on a percentage of the install value. This can be expensive and not so cost effective. We charge per maintenance visit at an agreed rate and all materials used are invoiced at cost plus 20%. Prior to undertaking any building we undertake a survey and raise an equipment schedule and comments list. This is charged at our hourly rate.

After some years we have now also decided to add project management and design to the range of services we can provide to our client base.

We have undertaken the complete design and specification of three large Video / Audio door entry systems, including access systems, CCTV and barrier controls. These designs were used to tender the works and we were instructed to commission and handover the systems.
